The banana milkshake is more than just a drink: a mix of banana, milk, ice to which you can add sugar or honey and flavor it with a pinch of cinnamon. It is therefore a real ideal food for breakfast, a snack, or a tasty and nutritious snack. Banana is a very energetic fruit: this milkshake is, therefore, excellent for having the right recharge, in summer it is ideal as a super thirst-quenching drink. - Ice 8-10 cubes

How to make a banana milkshake
Peel the bananas and cut them into slices.
Then place the pieces in the blender or mixer and also add the sugar, cold milk from the fridge, and ice cubes.
Operate and blend until the mixture is creamy and thick.
Once ready, pour it into glasses and serve cold, decorating it perhaps with a few pieces of banana or as you prefer.
Your banana milkshake is ready to be enjoyed.

For the preparation of your banana milkshake, you can replace the ice with 200 grams of ice cream. If you prefer neutral flavors, choose vanilla or mozzarella, opt instead for banana ice cream if you want to enhance the flavor of the milkshake. Alternatively, you can choose between strawberry or coconut.
To obtain a thicker consistency, replace fresh milk with condensed milk: your banana milkshake will be even creamier.
For the success of the milkshake use medium-ripe bananas.
Instead of sugar, you can use a teaspoon of honey, or omit the sweeteners from the recipe altogether, according to your personal tastes.
The banana milkshake should be consumed immediately because over the hours the banana oxidizes.
You can also not use ice, in that case, however, you will prepare a smoothie. Both milkshakes and smoothies are prepared with fruit and milk: it is only the presence or absence of ice that differentiates them.
If you prefer, you can add a few strawberries or a kiwi to the banana, so as to make your milkshake even richer and tastier.
Those who prefer a lighter and more dietetic drink can prepare delicious smoothies with coconut milk, or in any case with vegetable milk, for a healthy and light snack.
