Today Apple presented the second generation iPhone SE, a new and powerful iPhone with 4.7″ Retina HD display and the advanced security of the Touch ID. iPhone SE has a compact design reinvented inside and out and is the most affordable iPhone.
The new iPhone SE has the A13 Bionic chip developed by Apple, the fastest ever on a smartphone and even up to the most demanding tasks, and the best single camera system ever seen on an iPhone, which offers the advantages of photography computational like Portrait mode; it is also designed not to fear bad weather thanks to its water and dust resistance. iPhone SE is available in black, white and (PRODUCT) RED, and from Friday 17 April it will be possible to pre-order it starting from $399.

4.7″ design and display for iPhone SE
iPhone SE has an aerospace aluminum design and durable glass with a completely black front side, and is available in black, white and (PRODUCT) RED. The finish of the rear glass with the Apple logo in the center is the result of a seven-layer coloring process that allows you to obtain rich and deep colors, precise shades and optimal opacity, and the tone-on-tone aluminum profile perfectly matches the glass. It resists splashes and dust, with an IP67 grade water resistance rating, up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.
The 4.7″ Retina HD display with True Tone adjusts the white balance based on ambient light to give the screen a more natural, paper-like brightness. It has a wide color range that returns incredibly faithful colors and is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10 content. iPhone SE uses touch with haptic feedback to give access to quick actions, like animating a Live Photo, previewing a message, rearranging apps and much more, and to open context menus.
iPhone SE also incorporates the Home button, with a sapphire crystal design to make it resistant and protect the sensor, and a steel ring to detect the user’s fingerprint for the Touch ID. Using Touch ID is a convenient, secure and easy way to unlock the iPhone without typing the code, enter password using the iCloud Keychain, access apps, authorize purchases on the App Store and pay with Apple Pay.

The A13 Bionic chip, introduced with iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro, is the fastest ever seen on a smartphone and offers unprecedented performance for everything users do with iPhone SE. Ideal for photography, video games and augmented reality experiences, the A13 Bionic chip makes everything smoother.
